If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact Unique Footwears & Bags within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, clearance sales, promotional offers, or customized orders. Such non-returnable items will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
Once a returned product is received and inspected by our team, customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the return request. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within the standard processing time, depending on the payment provider or banking institution. Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery fees, and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. In some cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or receive a refund according to the applicable policy.
